You will bring your experience of…
SAP HCM Mastery: At least 3-4 years as a SAP HCM Functional Consultant (on-premise), with a deep understanding of system configurations and how to “de-clutter” complex legacy environments. Data Governance: A proven track record of ensuring data integrity and standardization across employee master data and various HR modules. Digitalization & Automation: Experience moving manual processes (leave management, performance reviews, etc.) into automated, digital workflows. Analytics Proficiency: A strong capability in Power BI or similar reporting frameworks to build compensation tools and workforce planning dashboards. Cultural Agility: Comfort and fluency in navigating South East Asian business cultures, with the professional maturity to manage stakeholders across different functions. Solution Design: An ability to collaborate with external vendors and internal IT teams to implement new applications that align with long-term HRIS strategy.
