Deep PMO Mastery: At least 10 years of dedicated experience in IT PMO or Project Portfolio Management (PPM), underpinned by a total career spanning 15+ years of professional excellence. Sophisticated Governance: A proven track record in Vendor Management Governance. We are looking for an expert who builds the frameworks that govern vendors, rather than a traditional Project Manager who simply manages them. Intellectual Curiosity: A passion for self-directed upskilling. Nuanced Communication: Exceptional written communication skills. You understand that leadership requires polish and clarity; “short/terse” messaging isn’t in your vocabulary. Strategic Adaptability: The flexibility to pivot. While your core focus is PPM and Governance, you have the breadth of knowledge to take on evolving initiatives in IT strategy as the global landscape shifts.
