Mobile Technology Lead – Financial Institution

We’re partnering with a financial services provider trusted by central banks, commercial banks, and clearing houses across Singapore and the region. Their platform powers critical financial infrastructure with secure, scalable, high-performance solutions designed to meet the most stringent regulatory and security requirements. We’re seeking a Mobile Tech Lead to drive the development and expansion of their mobile offerings.

As a Tech Lead, you will be driving the design, development, and delivery of mobile and customer-facing applications. You will act as a critical bridge between business objectives and technical execution, ensuring intuitive user experiences supported by robust backend systems. Your strategic guidance will be essential in aligning technical solutions with business requirements and engaging key stakeholders throughout all phases of the program.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent education, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in software development, including at least 3 years in a lead role. Hands-on experience in designing and deploying customer-facing applications, preferably in the financial or payments domain, is essential. The candidate should have proven experience in mobile app and front-end development. Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices is also required. Good communication skills to work with business stakeholders is also necessary.
