Kerry Consulting is partnering with a leading organization on a strategic transformation programme and is seeking an experienced Agile Coach / Scrum Master to support cross-functional delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and Agile delivery practices.
- Coach teams and stakeholders on Scrum, Kanban, and Agile principles.
- Remove delivery impediments and drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with Product Owners to manage backlogs and sprint planning.
- Monitor delivery progress, risks, and team performance.
- Foster collaboration across business and technology teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master in enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and delivery methodologies.
- Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience supporting digital transformation or technology programmes.
- Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe or equivalent) is preferred.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps is advantageous.
