Before we celebrate and make merry this weekend, I want to extend my sincere gratitude to all who supported us in 2022 and assure you that Kerry Consulting will remain a trusted advisor and close-knit partner in the new year.
Helping you find the right talent and opportunities is a responsibility we take seriously, and we are committed to continuing to provide the quality consulting services we have gained a reputation for.
In 2022 we continued to adapt and innovate. We strengthened key partnerships and expanded our reach, positioning us well for the future. At circa 90 staff, we are the largest “pure” executive recruitment firm in Singapore, and we will look to continue adding to our ranks in the new year.
In changing market conditions, our personnel have remained steadfast in their dedication to being true business partners for our clients. I am extremely proud of their hard work, resilience and creativity. Their efforts really are unmatched in our industry and certainly fall in line with our oft-mentioned mission statement, “Returning the Human to Resourcing.”
There is some economic uncertainty as we approach 2023, which may present challenges for many businesses. Acquiring strong talent will be crucial for growth-minded companies; a proactive approach will help organisations weather any downturns they face in the new year. Of course, there will be an opposite side to the challenges faced, and I am confident that Kerry Consulting is the best-positioned recruitment firm to help our business partners find and capitalise on opportunities in 2023.
We have many exciting plans in the works and are committed to staying at the forefront of the recruitment industry in Southeast Asia. We plan to achieve this by continuing to leverage the deep networks and specialised skill sets of our uniquely talented consultants. Our foot will not leave the accelerator, so to speak.
