Analyst, Asset Management (PERE)

A prominent global private equity real estate firm with a strong track record and diverse portfolio is seeking a driven and independent individual to join its Singapore team. This is a newly created headcount due to expanding business needs.

Tanggungjawab

You will report to the Head of Asset Management based in Singapore. Key responsibilities include supporting the Asset Management team with asset performance tracking, financial analysis, budgeting, reporting, lease reviews, and market research. You will also be involved with preparing management updates, monitoring operational and leasing metrics, supporting valuation and investment initiatives, and coordinating with property managers, consultants, and internal stakeholders. You will help to identify opportunities to enhance asset value, improve portfolio performance, and support strategic decision-making across the platform.

Keperluan

You are an early-career professional with at least 2 years of work experience. Fresh graduates who have a passion in real estate and have relevant internship experience in asset management/ a private equity real estate setup are welcome to apply. A good understanding of the logistics scene in Singapore would be advantageous. To succeed in this role, you will be described as someone who is good with numbers, proactive, and is a problem-solver.
