APAC Business Unit Head, Nutrition (Specialty Dairy Ingredients)

Description

Together with our client in the Food Ingredients industry, we are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Business Head to lead the development of a new product line in the specialty dairy ingredients sector, focusing on the Asian market. This role involves building the business from the ground up, leveraging your industry expertise to deliver innovative solutions that cater to evolving market needs. You will spearhead the conceptualization and launch of products such as fat powders, cheese powders, and dairy blends, utilizing advanced spray-drying and blending technologies.

Tanggungjawab

As the leader of this initiative, you will establish the sales structure and strategy, set volume and margin targets, and drive business development efforts with key customers in the region. Collaborating with cross-functional teams-including R&D, marketing, and operations-you will ensure the successful growth of this portfolio and deliver measurable results. Your role will be integral to strengthening relationships with strategic accounts while consistently achieving business objectives.

Keperluan

The ideal candidate will bring 15 years or more of experience in sales, account management, or commercial leadership in the specialty food ingredients sector, with a proven track record of scaling businesses in Asian markets. Strong relationships with major industry players, coupled with an ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and deliver sustained margin growth, are essential for success. You should also possess excellent commercial acumen, quantitative skills, and a results-driven approach to scaling new ventures.
