Associate – Private Equity Fund Operations
A leading Asia-based asset management firm is seeking a candidate to support the end-to-end lifecycle of private asset investments, working closely with the Investment Team to ensure smooth execution, ongoing monitoring, and efficient exit processes.
Responsibilities
The role encompasses fund operations, investment execution support, and portfolio oversight, as well as responsibility for fund administration activities including cash management, expense tracking, and transaction processing. In addition, the individual will support financial reporting, performance monitoring, and regulatory compliance, including tax, audit, and MAS requirements, while coordinating with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure operational efficiency, strong governance, and timely settlement and transfer agency processes across the investment platform.
Requirements
The successful candidate should possess 3-8 years of experience in asset management, fund operations, private markets, or investment operations, with exposure to private equity, private credit, or alternatives being highly preferred. Prior experience in supporting investment lifecycles, fund operations, trade settlement, or portfolio administration will be advantageous, along with strong collaboration experience with both internal investment teams and external service providers such as custodians and fund administrators.
