Corporate Secretary (FMCG)
A mid-level team contributor role as part of general succession planning for a lean corporate secretarial team. This is a fantastic opportunity with a stable SGX-listed company to gain further exposure in SGX listing requirements.
Tanggungjawab
You will be actively involved in Board Meetings alongside the Department Head, including pre and post meeting preparation and delivery. Someone who appreciates visibility and engagement with stakeholders will find this role interesting. There will also be liaison work with their external service providers to ensure the day to day corp sec work is in order.
Keperluan
You bring both in-house and service provider experience, totalling at least 6 years. As this role requires some form of seniority to manage stakeholders, some commercial in-house corp sec experience will be required. Some prior/present SGX-listed experience will also give you an edge to get up to speed more quickly.
A strong work ethic and proactive demeanor will be helpful.
