Our client is an established and growing company in the Financial Services Industry. They are seeking an accomplished Country Compensation & Benefits Lead to drive total rewards initiatives.
Tanggungjawab
Reporting to the Head of Rewards, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing country rewards initiatives. As the subject matter expert, you will lead the design and implementation of compensation and benefits strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Your key responsibilities will include driving regional rewards initiatives, reviewing and recommending compensation and benefits proposals, and providing expert guidance on performance and rewards matters to optimize employee engagement and business outcomes.
Keperluan
You are degree-qualified with a demonstrated track record of at least 10 years of experience in Total Rewards/Compensation & Benefits. Proficiency in Excel is essential. You are confident and able to present effectively to senior stakeholders.
