Tanggungjawab
You will be responsible for designing and delivering initiatives that improve digital literacy, tool adoption, and data-driven ways of working across investment teams, operations, risk, compliance, and client-facing functions. You will partner closely with business leaders, HR, technology, and learning teams to identify capability gaps, define learning pathways, and embed digital best practices into day-to-day workflows.
You will also drive enterprise-wide programs to improve adoption of productivity tools, collaboration platforms, data analytics solutions, and emerging technologies, ensuring that digital fluency becomes a core enabler of business performance. You will track impact through measurable outcomes, including adoption rates, productivity gains, and employee capability progression.
Keperluan
We are looking for an experienced AI digital transformation or capability-building specialist with 5-10 years of experience across digital enablement, change management, learning and development, or technology adoption within financial services. Experience in asset management, banking, or related regulated environments is highly preferred.
Strong business acumen, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate digital strategy into practical, scalable programs are essential. You should have a strong understanding of modern workplace technologies, data literacy frameworks, and digital operating models, with a proven track record of driving adoption and behavior change at scale.
