Finance Manager ( Family Office / CMS Licensed )

Description

A well-established family office is looking to hire a Finance Manager to support the finance and investment operations of its growing platform. This role will work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of financial reporting, fund operations and investment-related processes across the portfolio.

Tanggungjawab

The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day finance activities, including financial reporting, cash flow monitoring, and coordination with external service providers such as fund administrators, auditors and tax advisors. A key aspect of the role will involve supporting investment operations, including tracking investment transactions, reviewing capital calls and distributions, and maintaining accurate records across various investment vehicles.

The position will also require the ability to review and interpret legal and investment documentation such as subscription agreements, shareholder agreements and fund-related documentation to ensure that transactions and structures are correctly reflected from an operational and accounting perspective. Prior experience working with investment structures such as funds or family office investment platforms would be beneficial.

Kelayakan

Given the nature of the platform, familiarity with the setup and ongoing administration of Variable Capital Companies (VCC) in Singapore would be highly advantageous. The successful candidate will work alongside advisors and internal stakeholders in supporting the establishment and operational management of such structures.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in finance and investment operations within a family office, asset management firm, fund platform or financial institution. Strong attention to detail, the ability to work across multiple stakeholders and a good understanding of investment processes will be important for success in this role.
