Overview

They continuously look to expand and sharpen its financial planning capabilities, and hence is seeking a high-calibre FP&A finance professional. This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to strategic decision-making and support senior leadership across a dynamic, fast‑evolving business environment.
Role
You will lead the full cycle of forecasting, budgeting and performance reporting at the corporate level. Developing management reports and presentation materials that highlight key financial drivers, trends and scenario insights for the senior management team is a key part of the role. You will also support strategic initiatives such as CAPEX spend, industry benchmarking, and business case evaluations. The role also includes leading process optimisation, finance system enhancements, and working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen financial governance and analytics capabilities.
Requirements
The successful candidate will be a degree holder in accountancy, business or finance, with at least 10 years’ experience in financial planning and analysis experience. You will be best described as someone with proven ability to manage end-to-end forecasting and budgeting processes. Exceptional analytical and presentation skills, coupled with the ability to distil complex information for senior management, are essential. The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced corporate environment. Experience in driving process improvements or contributing to system implementation projects would be highly advantageous.
