Group Consolidation and Reporting Manager
Our client, an established multinational corporation in the transportation industry with a strong local and international presence, is seeking a Group Consolidation & Reporting Manager.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and announcing half-year and full-year SGX results, preparing financial disclosures for the Annual Report, and coordinating with overseas subsidiaries. They will also produce monthly and quarterly management reports for the board and oversee group consolidation and financial/management reporting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
You should ideally have at least 8 years of experience in Big 4 firms and commercial roles, ideally with SGX-listed companies, and hold a degree in Accountancy or an equivalent professional qualification. Strong technical knowledge of SFRS, the SGX Listing Manual, and the Companies Act is required. Additionally, the role demands proven experience in managing complex consolidation for more than 40 entities, excellent communication skills, and confidence in handling detailed financial reports.
