Head of Business Performance – Premier Insurer

A market-leading insurer with a strong presence across Asia continues to expand its business and is seeking to appoint a dynamic and commercially astute Head of Business Performance in Singapore. This is a highly visible leadership role, responsible for driving financial strategy and supporting the regional business in achieving its performance objectives.

Tanggungjawab

As the finance leader, you will partner closely with senior stakeholders to drive financial planning & analysis and strategic decision-making across the portfolio. You will oversee the development of financial strategies, budgeting, forecasting and performance tracking, while ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory and reporting standards.

You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with business objectives, provide insights on key drivers and risks and influence decisions around resource allocation, operational efficiency and long-term value creation. The role also involves leading a finance team, enhancing systems and processes, and supporting strategic initiatives across the region.

Keperluan

You have at least 10 years of progressive finance experience, ideally within the general insurance sector. You possess deep technical knowledge of insurance accounting (GAAP, IFRS, statutory), and are highly skilled in FP&A, financial modelling and business partnering. Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with a strategic mindset and the ability to navigate complexity in a fast-paced environment.
