Head of Digital – Hospitality and Real Estate Industry

A leading hospitality and real estate group with an established presence in Singapore is seeking a Head of Digital to drive enterprise-wide digital strategy and transformation. With a diversified portfolio spanning hospitality assets and property developments, the organisation is focused on strengthening its digital capabilities to enhance customer experience, optimise revenue channels and improve operational effectiveness. This is a senior leadership appointment based in Singapore.

Tanggungjawab

As Head of Digital, you will define and execute the group’s digital roadmap across hospitality and real estate portfolios. This includes overseeing digital marketing, e-commerce and direct booking channels, CRM and customer engagement platforms, as well as broader digital transformation initiatives across operations. You will work closely with commercial, operations and IT stakeholders to align digital initiatives with business objectives, while building scalable platforms and data-driven capabilities to support growth. The role also encompasses governance, vendor management and the development of a high-performing digital team.

Keperluan

You are an experienced digital leader with a proven track record of driving transformation within hospitality, real estate or adjacent consumer-facing sectors. You bring strong commercial acumen and a clear understanding of digital revenue channels, customer lifecycle management and platform optimisation. Experience leading cross-functional initiatives, managing senior stakeholders and delivering measurable business outcomes is essential. A strategic mindset, balanced with hands-on execution capability, will be key to success in this role.
