Head of Property Management, Residential

A reputable real estate player in Singapore is seeking a Head of Property Management to lead the management of its large-scale luxury residential developments.

This is a senior leadership opportunity to shape the property management strategy and elevate service standards across premium assets, ensuring an exceptional living experience for residents while protecting long-term asset value.

Tanggungjawab

Reporting to senior management, you will oversee the full spectrum of property management operations across high-end residential projects. This includes setting service standards, managing managing agents and on-site teams, overseeing budgets and operational performance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will drive resident engagement initiatives, oversee defect management and handovers for new developments, and implement best-in-class maintenance and facilities management practices. The role also involves working closely with development, project, and sales teams to ensure seamless transitions from completion to operations.

Keperluan

You have a minimum of 15 years of experience in real estate property management with proven leadership experience managing large-scale luxury residential assets in Singapore. You possess a strong understanding of local regulations, strata management, and high-end customer service standards. A strategic mindset, operational depth, and strong stakeholder management skills are essential.
