Head of Security

A leading security services provider is seeking an experienced security professional to join their Singapore team, supporting continued business growth and strategic initiatives.

Tanggungjawab

You will report to a C-suite and drive strategic business initiatives within the security services sector. You will play a critical role in identifying growth opportunities, optimizing operational performance, and ensure robust risk and security management. You will also ensure end-to-end oversight of tender processes, cross-functional project delivery, and the integration of security programs and training.

Keperluan

You are a seasoned professional in security management with at least 12 years of experience. Candidates with security-related qualifications and strong knowledge of general security management are preferred. A background in the police force is a plus, given the need for stakeholder engagement with enforcement agencies. Success in this role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence across senior levels.
