Investment Analyst – Major Private Bank

There is an opportunity to join a major private bank in an investment analyst role. This is a new headcount supporting business growth in Asia.

Tanggungjawab

You will play a key role in identifying investment themes and market trends, providing investment insights which will guide Relationship Managers and Investment Consultants in managing their clients’ portfolio, advising on asset allocation and investment decisions. This involves conducting in depth market/investment research with a focus on Asia. This encompasses providing market intelligence and identifying investment opportunities across asset classes and industries as well as providing research-based investment recommendations. You will keep abreast of emerging market trends, geopolitical events and macroeconomic indicators that could affect clients’ investment portfolios and advise the team on a timely basis.

Keperluan

The ideal candidate has a Degree in Accountancy/Economics or related field and strong financial literacy, with CFA qualification a plus. You have 5 – 7 years of relevant banking experience in equity/credit/macro/investment research. You possess deep understanding of financial markets, strong financial modelling skills and a good appreciation multi asset classes and asset allocation. Your excellent writing skills will enable you to produce concise and readable reports on asset classes, industry/sector trends for HNW clients. Ability to work independently and as part of a team is critical, as is the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
