Legal Counsel, Public Sector
This is an interesting Legal Counsel role with a Singapore public sector organisation that works at the forefront of technology, regulatory policy, and innovation to support the country’s digital economy and emerging technology landscape.
The role focuses on advising on regulatory, policy, and commercial matters across technology, telecommunications, media, and data protection domains. The position involves supporting legislative development, managing legal risks and disputes, and partnering with stakeholders on governance and enforcement matters.
Candidates should hold a law degree and be qualified to practise in Singapore, with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience in private practice and/or in-house legal roles within TMT, ICT, or data protection sectors. Strong stakeholder management, communication skills, and experience in regulatory, corporate, or litigation matters are preferred.
