Legal Counsel, Regional Investment Bank

This is an exciting opportunity to join my client, a leading Regional investment bank and Brokerage, with a strong presence across Asia.

The role reports to the Regional Head of Legal and will support a wide range of business and functional areas, including Financial Markets Coverage, Capital Markets and Investment Banking. Responsibilities include providing legal advice on the Bank’s operations and products, drafting and negotiating agreements (e.g., NDAs, ISDA/GMRAs, outsourcing and service agreements), and advising on regulatory developments and new requirements.

The ideal candidate is a 8-12 PQE qualified lawyer, experienced in banking or financial services, particularly capital markets, financial markets, or regulatory advisory. Strong drafting, analytical, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, are essential.
