Manager, Operational Technology (OT) Systems

Overview

A leading organization in Singaporer is seeking a IT Manager to oversee the performance, reliability, and security of a mission-critical automated material handling system. This role is responsible for ensuring the stability of the High-Level Control (HLC) platform that supports the system operations while driving technology enhancements, operational resilience, and cybersecurity compliance across the system.

Tanggungjawab

You will oversee the vendor partner responsible for the HLC platform, ensuring high system availability, performance, and compliance with cybersecurity standards. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will analyze operational data to identify trends, mitigate risks, and recommend continuous improvements. The role also involves leading technology initiatives to modernize the HLC environment, managing software and hardware lifecycle planning, and supporting system upgrades through project delivery and Site Acceptance Testing. In addition, you will coordinate incident investigations, resolve complex network and software issues, implement business continuity measures during operational disruptions, and ensure ongoing compliance with ISO 27001, Critical Information Infrastructure (CII) requirements, and relevant cybersecurity regulations. Success in this position will require effective collaboration with contractors, consultants, vendors, regulatory authorities, and internal business teams.

Keperluan

You hold a degree in Computer Science or a related discipline and bring at least 5 years of experience managing enterprise-scale IT network environments. Experience in managing operational technology (OT) or High-Level Control (HLC) systems in logistics, manufacturing, aviation, or similar automated environments is a plus. Professional networking certifications such as CCNP is advantageous. You possess strong technical knowledge of network infrastructure, cybersecurity technologies, and core networking protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP. Experience with network monitoring platforms, project delivery, and troubleshooting complex software and infrastructure issues is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are important with knowledge in data analytics or visualization tools.
