Our client is a reputable Financial Institution with significant footprint in Asia. To support the continued growth in the business, considerable investments have been deployed to the technology domain over the last couple of years, and strategic digital programs are set in motion. They are looking for a strong leader to guide and shape the technology roadmap for the region.

Reporting into the Group CIO, you will be responsible for driving the overall technology strategy, and developing an execution roadmap. You will lead a team with diverse capabilities across transformation and change, through to operations and governance. With this, you support the CIO through top down and enterprise wide views, as well as retrospective assessments, constantly challenging and improving on the way forward for the entire division.

You are confident in senior stakeholder management within the technology division, as well as across the different business functions of the Bank (CFO, CRO, Heads of businesses). You have the ability to engage the business and understand the needs of the current and emerging landscape, and offer perspectives as to how Technology can enable them. You are exposed to working in AGILE teams.
