Senior Claims Executive / Claims Manager

A leading international marine insurer is seeking a Claims Manager to join its Singapore office, supporting a broad portfolio of P&I and marine liability matters across the region. The organisation has an established global presence and works closely with shipowners, operators, and maritime stakeholders, providing claims handling and risk advisory support across a wide range of shipping-related issues.

Tanggungjawab

The successful candidate will manage a wide range of P&I and marine claims, including cargo, pollution, personal injury, collision, FD&D, and other maritime liability matters. Responsibilities will include investigating and handling claims, coordinating with external counsel, surveyors, and correspondents, advising members on coverage and liability issues, and supporting dispute resolution and settlement negotiations. The role will also involve monitoring legal and regulatory developments within the maritime sector, preparing internal reports, and maintaining strong relationships with members and business partners across the region.

Keperluan

We are looking for a legally qualified candidate with 5-10 years working experience and possess strong knowledge of shipping and marine liability matters with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. The ideal candidate will be commercially minded, solutions-oriented, and confident working across cross-border matters within the shipping industry.
