Role: Senior Legal Counsel

Client: Marine sector

Location: Singapore

This is an expansion headcount for the Legal team reporting to the General Counsel.

Tanggungjawab:

• Broad coverage across commercial contracts, business operations, M&A and litigations
• Provide legal advisory to the business in line with industry standards and requirements
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts
• Support litigation / dispute cases

Pre-requisites:

• Minimum 10 years PQE (open to candidates with relevant private practice experience)
• Relevant industry experience in EPC Marine or Oil & Gas / Energy sector
• Preference for commercial and dispute / litigation experience
