SVP, Project Manager – Group Finance

Description

Our client is a leading financial services organisation with a strong regional presence and an ambitious transformation agenda. As part of its continued investment in finance innovation and enterprise-wide change, the organisation is seeking an experienced SVP, Project Manager to lead strategic programmes supporting the modernisation of its Group Finance function through technology-enabled transformation and process innovation.

Tanggungjawab

Reporting to the senior transformation leadership team, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex business and technology programmes across the Group Finance portfolio. Working closely with stakeholders across Finance, Technology, Risk and external partners, you will drive a diverse portfolio of strategic initiatives including finance transformation, regulatory compliance programmes (including Capital and prudential reporting), General Ledger upgrades and enhancements, management reporting and finance information platforms, as well as emerging technology and process optimisation initiatives. You will establish effective programme governance, oversee planning, budgets, risks and resources, manage vendors and cross-functional delivery teams, and ensure successful execution from business case through implementation and business adoption. You will also partner with senior stakeholders to align priorities, manage interdependencies and deliver sustainable business outcomes within a dynamic, matrixed environment.

Kelayakan

Degree qualified, you possess approximately 15 years or more of project and programme management experience gained within large, complex organisations. You have a proven track record delivering enterprise-wide business and technology transformation initiatives, ideally within finance or regulatory change programmes. Experience leading initiatives involving regulatory capital, finance platforms, General Ledger modernisation, management reporting solutions or enterprise finance systems will be highly regarded. Exposure to emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, blockchain, digital assets or data-driven solutions would be advantageous. You are a strong communicator with excellent influencing skills, executive presence and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments. PMP or equivalent project management certification will be viewed favourably.
