Vice President, Asset Management

A global private equity real estate firm is looking for an experienced asset management professional to join team in Singapore to look after their portfolio in the region.

Tanggungjawab

you will report directly to the Head of Asset Management and play a pivotal part in shaping and executing asset strategies across the portfolio. Your mandate will be to drive the financial performance of the assets under management, partnering closely with portfolio managers to develop and deliver hold-sell analyses and strategic plans. Key responsibilities also include driving business plans and Asset Enhancement Initiatives (AEIs) to maximise value creation; supporting the investment team with feasibility studies for acquisitions and dispositions; overseeing portfolio activities such as valuations, insurance programs, and sustainability initiatives.

Keperluan

You are a resourceful and self-motivated individual. Minimum of 10 years of experience is preferred, with prior experience managing retail assets. Exposure to regional markets would be advantageous.

To succeed in this role, you will be described as someone who is proactive, collaborative and is a problem-solver. You are also an excellent communicator and places an emphasis on building relationships with various stakeholders.
