      Description

      I am supporting a global animal nutrition and health organisation in the appointment of a Vice President, Sales & Marketing for its China business. This is a senior, Shanghai-based leadership role reporting directly to the China President and forming part of the country leadership team.

      Tanggungjawab

      The role carries full responsibility for shaping and executing the commercial strategy across China, with a clear mandate to drive sustainable growth, expand market share and strengthen profitability across the organisation’s animal nutrition and health portfolio and beyond. The successful candidate will lead an established and sizeable sales and marketing organisation, providing direction, structure and momentum, while continuing to develop leadership capability and bench strength within the team.

      This position requires a leader who is comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels. You will be expected to translate long-term business objectives into clear commercial priorities, guide key account strategies, and work closely with customers, distributors and internal stakeholders to deliver results. In parallel, you will partner closely with R&D, operations and other functions to ensure that commercial plans are well integrated and executable within the broader China business.

      Keperluan

      We are keen to speak with high-potential commercial leaders who have built their careers within the animal nutrition, feed additives, premix, animal health or closely related agrifood sectors. You should bring proven experience leading sizeable sales and or marketing teams in China, with a track record of delivering growth in technically driven, B2B environments. Prior exposure to country-level P&L responsibility, or acting as a key member of a China leadership team, will be viewed favourably.

      Strong leadership presence, sound commercial judgement and the ability to engage credibly with both customers and internal teams are essential.
