Vulnerability Management Lead, Global Firm

A leading global firm is looking for a Vulnerability Management Lead to champion a newly built capability and drive its strategic vision. In this high-visibility role, you will shape how vulnerability risks are managed across complex technology landscapes, acting as the go-to expert for remediation initiatives, patching governance, and regulatory alignment. Tanggungjawab

You will lead the vulnerability management function, taking ownership of first-line outcomes and collaborating across IT, OT, and cybersecurity teams. Your responsibilities include analyzing and prioritizing vulnerabilities, coordinating patching efforts, and ensuring compliance with internal and external standards. The role demands a strong understanding of risk trade-offs, technical environments, and operational constraints. You will also be responsible for integrating vulnerability data with broader security systems and maintaining oversight of patch deployment and compliance tracking.

Keperluan

Ideally you should be degree qualified, with a minimum of 8 years of cybersecurity experience including at least 3 years specialising in vulnerability management. You should demonstrate strong knowledge of vulnerability assessment frameworks and tools such as CVSS, MITRE ATT&CK, and NIST, along with familiarity in cloud environments, DevSecOps practices, and container security. Strategic in mindset, you are highly disciplined and structured in approach. You communicate with clarity, demonstrate strong influencing capabilities, and manage senior stakeholders with finesse. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, OSCP, CEH, ITIL, or PMP are preferred.
