Administration Team Lead

Due to the expansion of business lines within this global organization, they are inviting a new team lead to steer the administration team forward and support the business growth.
Responsibilities
The appointed administration team lead will oversee a myriad of activities related to the smooth running of a lean and growing organization. This includes managing external service providers and vendors across IT, Procurement of office supplies, Finance, Tax, Corporate Secretarial.
The team lead will oversee a lean team who will cover some office administration and executive assistance work.
Requirements
Ideally a degree holder with proven track record in handling a wide variety of tasks as aforementioned. Due to the nature of some stakeholders involved, JLPT N1 will be favored. Those office managers/team administrators who come with some working knowledge in basic accounting, are welcomed to apply.
