Assistant Manager, IT Audit

Key Responsibilities:

The role involves reviewing IT application systems, including business application systems, to assess the adequacy of system controls over accuracy, completeness, and availability. Knowledge of clinical systems supporting healthcare operations is an added advantage. You will be responsible for recommending system control features that enhance productivity without compromising security. Additionally, you will review operating systems, database security, and IT general controls, including data center operations. A basic understanding of network security and vulnerability assessments is necessary. You will also participate in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) review of new system developments, providing advice on security and controls during the pre-implementation stage. Furthermore, the role includes utilizing data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, IDEA) to perform analysis, such as reviewing audit logs.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have a degree in Computer Science or IT. Certifications such as CIA, CISA, CRISC, CISM, CISSP, PMP, or Agile are advantageous. A minimum of 4 years of experience in IT audit, specifically auditing application systems, is required. Practical knowledge of Microsoft technologies, open source platforms (e.g., Linux), SAP HANA, OBIEE, SQL, RPA tools (e.g., UI Path), Oracle, cloud hosting, behavioral analytics, data center operations, or SaaS (Software as a Service) would be beneficial. The candidate should also possess a solid understanding of audit methodology and security defense measures. Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
