Our client is a leading healthcare institution with a strong footprint in Singapore and Malaysia. As they embark on a high-growth strategy, there is an opportunity for a seasoned professional in operations to join them in this newly created role.
Role
Reporting directly to the Group Chief Executive Officer, you will lead all non-clinical operations across the Group’s businesses. This is a highly visible leadership position responsible for driving operational excellence, platform integration, business scalability and service quality across the healthcare environment. You will oversee the operational readiness and commissioning of new entities, ensuring successful setup through effective planning, workforce deployment, process implementation and stakeholder management. In parallel, you will drive the integration of operating models across the platform, strengthening organisational alignment, operational consistency and performance outcomes.
Requirements
Ideally, you possess at least 15 years of operational leadership experience within healthcare and hospitality sectors. You have a proven track record leading complex multi-site operations and are experienced in scaling businesses through operational transformation, integration and performance improvement initiatives. You bring strong commissioning experience, ideally involving new healthcare, hospitality or similarly regulated facilities, and are comfortable operating within fast-paced, high-growth environments. Exposure to private equity-backed organisations and regional responsibilities across Singapore, Malaysia or comparable regulated markets will be highly advantageous.
