Responsibilities
You will be the subject matter expert for Singapore corporate secretarial requirements including ACRA, regulatory requirements and alignment to the Singapore Companies Act.
There is a substantial scope involving board meeting arrangement, logistics, changes in board structure and the ancillary matters implicating all types of directors within the Board.
The legal team will work hand in hand with you on more complex matters including minutes taking. However, someone who is comfortable handling the first draft would have an advantage.

Requirements
A self starter with strong corporate secretarial experience attained from a complex regulated environment or an established service provider.
Proven experience in managing stakeholders of varied personalities in a calm and professional demeanor.
Strong spoken and written English is highly critical for this role due to the level of involvement in drafting resolutions, writing minutes (at least the first cut) and internal/external stakeholder management,
