Compliance and Risk Manager, Alternative Asset Management

A growing boutique alternative asset management firm with an established international presence is expanding its Singapore operations and strengthening its regional platform.

This newly created role will lead the Singapore compliance function while supporting broader business operations across enterprise risk management, finance, and office administration. Reporting to senior management, the successful candidate will oversee regulatory compliance, governance, risk frameworks, stakeholder management, and operational initiatives, working closely with both local and overseas teams to support the firm’s continued expansion.

The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in compliance in the Asset Management industry, together with a strong understanding of MAS regulations and a hands-on approach to working in a lean organisation. Additional risk or operations experience will also be helpful.
