Head of Compliance, Asset Management
An internationally recognised investment management firm is looking to appoint a senior compliance executive to lead its compliance function. With a diversified global investment platform, the firm offers the opportunity to influence regulatory strategy while partnering closely with business leadership across the region.
Reporting to senior regional leadership, the role will lead the regional compliance programme, providing strategic regulatory advisory, overseeing governance, compliance monitoring, regulatory engagement, and supporting business expansion, new products, and market entry initiatives. The successful candidate will also drive the transformation of the compliance function through technology and AI, while leading and developing a high-performing regional compliance team.
The ideal candidate will have 12-15+ years of compliance or legal experience within asset management or financial services, with deep knowledge of Southeast Asian regulatory frameworks and a proven ability to build scalable compliance programmes while partnering closely with the business.
