Engineer Manager

A leading technology organization is seeking an experienced and hands-on Engineering Manager to drive digital transformation initiatives. In this role, you will provide technical leadership across multiple engineering teams, overseeing the design, implementation, and delivery of complex products. You will work closely with Product Managers and Implementation teams to ensure successful execution and alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

As an Engineering Manager, you will define the engineering vision, strategy, and roadmap to support the organization’s goals. You will partner with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, champion standardization of processes, and implement best practices that enhance code quality and delivery efficiency. Additionally, you will establish tools and frameworks that foster a strong engineering culture and maximize team effectiveness.

Requirements: 

We are looking for a proven engineering leader with consulting experience and a track record of developing or supporting large-scale, complex solutions. Strong communication skills, technical depth, and the ability to inspire teams in a fast-paced environment are essential.
