Our client is a leading professional services organisation. Due to a transformation journey brought on by a renewal in the leadership team, there now exists an exciting opportunity for a dynamic finance professional to lead their SG Finance organisation.

Responsibilities

Partnering closely with the Singapore MD, you will drive the day-to-day operational and financial responsibilities of this organization. This involves leading a dynamic team in ensuring the fiduciary and governance basics are maintained and adhered to. A larger component of this scope will be to partner the commercial organization in driving revenue and growth, whilst having a keen eye on profitability and keeping to compliance/governance guardrails. Efficient working capital management is also a priority in this role.

Requirements

Ideally, you have between 15-20 years of solid finance leadership experience, gained in customer centric organisations (e.g. professional services/hospitality/media and entertainment). Operationally hands-on and strategic in mindset, you are a strong business enabler with strong analytical capabilities. You have excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills and can work well across cultures. Customer-centric, dynamic and extremely engaging, you have led some transformation and change initiatives involving culture/people, process and systems.
