      Kerry Consulting is currently partnering with a Web3 organization who is a prominent leader in its own field to seek for a Regulatory Counsel to join their legal team. This is a new headcount as part of the organization’s continous plan to grow globally.

      Responsibilities

      In this role, you will be part of the global licensing and regulatory legal team. You will be responisble for managing on-going license allication across the various jurisdictions that the company has an interest in. You will assist to monitor and provide regular updates to the business in relation to regulatory development and assist in addressing these regulatory risks and providing legal solutions to mitigate them.

      Apart from licensing matters, you will also provide regulatory legal advice on product’s terms and conditions. You will also assist in liasing with various regulatory bodies on a need be basis. Lastly, you will contribute to company-wide training initiatives to promote legal awareness and help teams manage regulatory risk more effectively.

      Requirements
      In order to succeed in this role, you should be a qualified lawyer with at least 5 years PQE and well versed in financial services regulations for Web3 industry. Prior experience in license application and regulatory advisory is essential for this role. candidates who has experience in liasing with regulators would be highly valued. You should be an individual who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and is highly dynamic.
