Group General Manager, Hospitality

This is an exciting opportunity for a high calibre P&L leader to lead a regional Hospitality organisation with an illustrious heritage and sizable footprints.

Responsibilities
As the CEO, you will spearhead the business strategy and maximise the potential of the business through capturing new opportunities and driving long-term revenue growth for their Asia Pacific properties. You will provide leadership to a high performing team across commercial, operations and corporate functions, and lead them to deliver strategic business goals. As the business evolves with changing consumer landscape, you will develop best-in-class practices to enhance business performance and brand equity.

This position is based in Hong Kong and the successful candidate will be required to relocate to Hong Kong.

Requirements
Ideally, you are a seasoned hotelier with an entrepreneurial flair and a proven track record in managing multiple properties across diverse locations. Prior expertise in engaging North Asia customer segment would be essential for success in this role. You think out of the box and thrive on creative solutions that keep pace with evolving consumer landscape. To succeed in this role, you will be described as agile, commercial and game for challenges.
