Head of Commercial – Insurance

This premier insurer provides innovative insurance solutions to its established network of clients. In support of its new strategic vision, it is looking to hire a dynamic Head of Commercial, based in Singapore.

Responsibilities

Reporting to CEO, you will be instrumental in driving new revenue strategy, sustainable growth and competitive advantage for the company. In response to market disruptions, industry shifts and customer behaviors, you will identify new growth areas covering new product and client strategies, emerging distribution channels, agile go-to-market strategies, progressive organizational capabilities and operational excellence. You will drive strategic planning process, facilitate key discussions across various business verticals and define company integrated broad strategies. You will build alignment and collaboration across all business and functional leaders so that the execution, go-to-market and business development activities are coherent and synergistic towards achieving not only individual but also enterprise-wide business objectives.

Requirements

You are a credible business leader within Insurance. You are currently Chief Product Officer, Chief Distribution Officer, Chief Strategy Officer or Deputy CEO, and wish to progress to Head of Commercial role. You have demonstrated success in driving business developmen, business growth, business turnaround, organizational capabilities and large-scale transformation. Strong understanding of Singapore market and regulatory environments is essential.
