Head of Infrastructure Strategy & Change – Financial Services

A leading regional bank with a strong international footprint across the regions is seeking a Head of Infrastructure Strategy & Change to join its technology leadership team in Singapore. With a long-standing commitment to integrity, teamwork, and innovation, the bank is focused on building a resilient and scalable infrastructure to support its future growth.

Responsibilities:

In this leadership role, you will oversee infrastructure planning and change initiatives across multiple geographies. You will lead teams responsible for service automation, engineering, strategy, and planning, while providing oversight on infrastructure architecture, data centres, end-user computing, and platform services. The role focuses on delivering efficient, stable, and secure infrastructure services, driving operational excellence, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will also play a key role in optimizing investment decisions and fostering innovation through centralized and standardized infrastructure capabilities.

Requirements:

You are degree-qualified with at least 18 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 10 years in senior infrastructure leadership roles. You bring deep technical expertise in core infrastructure technologies and a strong understanding of emerging trends within the financial services industry. With a proven track record in managing complex environments, you are both strategic and hands-on, capable of navigating ambiguity and driving measurable outcomes. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and team development skills are essential, along with a high level of integrity and commercial acumen.
