-Lead the implementation of a cutting-edge Human Capital Management System (HCMS), specifically SAP SuccessFactors across a diverse, multi-subsidiary organization.
-Lead Digital Innovation: Be at the forefront of a major digital transformation, implementing best-of-breed IT solutions to enhance customer experience and internal processes.
-Lead a large scale HR Technology transformation: you will be the lead on a group wide HR transformation project using SAP Successfactors and Concur.
-Work with cutting edge platforms: You will be working with best of breed cloud based platforms.
-Present to executive level stakeholders: You will be presenting to the steering committee, and other high level stake holders.
-Lead 3rd party vendors: You will be leading 3rd party vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
You will bring your experience of…
-Leading Complex HR System Implementations: (SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM or Workday experience would be helpful, ideally SuccessFactors)
-Deep Functional Knowledge: A strong understanding of the functional features and processes of HR Systems
-Proven Project Management Expertise: 10+ years of project management experience with HR applications
-SAP Concur experience would be nice to have but not mandatory
-Strategic Stakeholder Management: Ability to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and executive-level steering committees.
-Vendor Management: Experience leading and managing third-party vendors to ensure project success.
-Risk Mitigation and Change Management: Expertise in identifying, managing, and resolving project risks and issues, as well as managing project change.
-Detailed Project Planning and Execution: Skill in developing and maintaining detailed project plans, managing budgets, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
-Strong Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent organization, time management, and presentation skills.
-Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (MS Project, MS Office, JIRA, Confluence), Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and cloud technologies.
-Academic and Professional Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Management, or equivalent, and PMP or CITPM certifications.
