      They are seeking a dynamic IT Service Delivery Lead to elevate their IT operations. If you’re a driven leader passionate about fostering high-performing teams and optimizing IT services, this could be your next significant career move!

      You will get to:

      -Shape the future of IT service delivery by contributing to and managing day-to-day team activities, developing your team into a self-supporting unit aligned with the Global IT MT’s strategic vision.
      -Lead and empower your team, taking full accountability for their performance, fostering their skills and competencies through delegation, training, and continuous feedback.
      -Drive continuous improvement by advising management on service management processes, suggesting innovations, and aligning IT services with evolving business needs.
      -Optimize IT services by coordinating and planning all activities, ensuring optimal delivery based on agreed timelines and SLAs.
      -Be a key player in service management, acting as a problem owner or process manager, and continuously monitoring and controlling IT service management processes.
      -Build crucial relationships with business stakeholders, end-users, suppliers, and joint ventures to ensure customer satisfaction and optimize service delivery conditions.
      -Manage IT budgets by taking responsibility for budget control and advising management on yearly budgets.
      -Implement global strategies for sourcing in alignment with Global IT and Procurement objectives.

      You will bring your experience of:

      -At least five years of experience in a IT delivery function
      -Driving continuous high-level delivery of IT services and fostering a continuous improvement mindset.
      -Implementing ITIL Foundations principles in service delivery.
      -Applying LEAN Six Sigma methodologies to optimize processes.
      -Managing relationships with business stakeholders, end-users, suppliers, and joint ventures to ensure customer satisfaction.
      -Microsoft workplace certifications or demonstrable experience.
      -Strong leadership skills, ideally backed by a leadership certification.
      -Excellent communication skills with fluency in spoken and written English.
      -A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
