Description

This premier private bank offers a full range of products to its established network of clients. In delivering the bank’s ambition and commitment to growth, it is recruiting a highly dynamic Regional Strategy, Private Bank – Director.

Responsibilities

Reporting to Group Head of Strategy and working closely with the Regional Private Bank CEO, you will support Private Banking business in driving strategic and change agenda. You will assist senior management in defining the bank’s vision and roadmap. You will support the business heads in prioritising initiatives, structuring them into programs for execution, defining milestone and driving their successful delivery. You will test, deliver and help the business in building organisational capabilities and adopting disruptive innovations.

Requirements

Degree qualified, you must possess strong consulting background focusing on financial services gained at top-tier consulting firm and / or in-house strategy experience gained at major private bank. Strong experience in Asian markets is preferred. You are credible, analytical, strategic, solutions oriented, a great communicator and strong change agent.
