Our client is a leading US MNC, consistently voted as an Employer of Choice. Due to internal rotation and progression, there is now an excellent opportunity for an engaging finance leader to join their APAC HQ, based in Singapore.

Role

Reporting to the Senior FPA Director and supporting the Commercial and Marketing team, you will drive strategic analysis and business excellence across the entire business in the region. Often you will be expected to partner in strategic decision around go to market strategies, new product launches, financial modeling on scenario analysis, pricing – whilst harnesing the various data analytics tools available. Additionally, the role will also involve management reporting, forecasting and budgeting for the Regional HQ cost centre, approximately 30% of your time.

Requirements

Ideally you should have no more than 15 years of commercial work experience, ideally gained in a progressive and fast paced multinational. Prior experience in healthcare/pharma/medical devices industry and familiarity working in highly matrixed US MNCs will be highly preferred. You are strategic in outlook and excel in business performance management, decision support and analysis and have strong financial modeling skills. Street smart and rational in thought process – you are able to clearly define and articulate to your relevant stakeholders the short-term and long-term implications of the evaluated options. You bring forth good energy, communicate well and thrive in relationship based commercial work environments.
