The successful candidate will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and user-centric workplace platforms that support both current and future business needs.

      Responsibilities

As the Solution Architect, you will define and deliver the architecture roadmap for workplace technologies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise architecture principles. You will translate business requirements into practical solution designs, establish platform standards and governance frameworks, and provide technical leadership throughout project delivery. The role will also oversee the integration of collaboration platforms with existing enterprise systems, drive security and compliance considerations within solution designs, and evaluate emerging technologies that enhance digital workplace capabilities. Working across multiple stakeholder groups, you will guide architectural decisions, document technical standards, and support the successful deployment and continuous improvement of workplace and collaboration solutions.

You hold a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, with 8 years of relevant solution architecture experience. You bring proven experience in designing and implementing Microsoft 365-based workplace and collaboration environments, along with a strong understanding of enterprise architecture, security, scalability, and integration principles. Experience in digital workplace transformation, end-user productivity solutions, IT service management, and change management will be highly valued. Microsoft certifications such as MS-100, MS-102, or MS-700 are desirable, while TOGAF, ITIL, or Agile certifications would be beneficial. You should be comfortable engaging both technical and business stakeholders and able to communicate architectural concepts clearly across different audiences.
