Responsibilities
Reporting to the HR Director, you will lead the creation of a global talent strategy, focusing on leadership roles and workforce planning. This includes headcount analysis, vacancy tracking, and collaborating with senior leaders on talent initiatives. You will guide Talent Acquisition teams to align hiring with succession plans, enhance employer branding, and improve recruitment efficiency.
You will oversee succession planning by identifying high-potential talent and creating leadership development programs. Additionally, you will drive internal mobility, talent reviews, and the creation of Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
To support a growth culture, you will enhance performance management processes, ensuring feedback and goal alignment. As a strategic advisor, you will guide senior leadership on workforce trends and talent analytics while promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) across talent processes.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field and at least 5 years of experience in HR leadership roles. Proven expertise in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and leadership development is required. Strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills are essential, as is experience leading diverse teams in a global environment.
