Reporting to the Head of Talent, you will play a central role in shaping and executing the organization’s talent agenda, working closely with business leaders and HR teams to ensure the right people strategies are in place to support growth and operational excellence. This role blends responsibilities across talent management and selected aspects of talent acquisition, requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
You will design and deliver talent management frameworks that strengthen leadership pipelines, succession planning, and capability development across the business. This includes facilitating talent reviews, identifying high-potential employees, and supporting their development journeys through targeted learning and coaching initiatives. You will help embed a performance culture that encourages feedback, continuous improvement, and accountability.
In addition to talent management, the role includes a partial focus on talent acquisition for key and strategic positions. You will work with the recruitment team and business leaders to ensure critical roles are filled with high-calibre candidates, aligning hiring decisions with broader workforce and succession plans. Supporting employer branding and proactive pipeline building will also form part of this scope. As a trusted HR partner, you will contribute to organizational effectiveness by providing insights from talent data and analytics to inform strategic workforce planning. You will collaborate closely with regional and corporate HR teams to ensure that local initiatives are aligned with global talent priorities, while promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in all talent processes.
Keperluan
The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline, and bring between 6 to 10 years of progressive HR experience with a strong emphasis on talent management and exposure to talent acquisition. You should have a proven ability to design and implement talent programs such as leadership development, succession planning, and performance management. Success in this role requires strong influencing and stakeholder management capabilities, along with excellent communication, facilitation, and analytical skills.
