Our client is a fast-growing start-up within the healthcare sector. Following a recent acquisition in Vietnam, there is now an opportunity for a seasoned Head of Finance to join them and help professionalize the company to International MNC standards.
Role
Reporting to the CFO based in Singapore and indirectly to the local CEO, you will be a critical member of the senior leadership team and drive strategic corporate objectives, in addition to managing the overall finance function and P&L management. You will be expected to develop and enhance the finance capability on the ground and ensure best in class practices are in place – with particular emphasis on internal controls, compliance and governance. In your cross functional interactions, you are expected to support commercial sales and marketing operations, supply chain finance and partner the CEO in growth.
Requirements
Ideally you should be degree qualified and have at least 12 years relevant commercial
experience in a senior finance leadership position. You have deep experience gained in an international MNC and have ideally worked in owner run/manager businesses. Strategic in thought, and operational in execution. You work well in sometimes ambiguous environments and are effective in stakeholder engagement and management.
