The Role

As Regional Head of Engineering, Digital Platforms, you will assume a pivotal leadership position with broad accountability for the technical vision, delivery, and continuous evolution of digital banking platforms across the region. This is a high-impact role where you will lead talented engineering teams in executing ambitious digital transformation initiatives while ensuring platform integration, scalability, and operational excellence. You will play a central role in shaping the technical architecture that powers the digital banking experience for businesses throughout Asia, directly influencing how clients engage with financial services in an increasingly digital landscape.

The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a seasoned technology leader with 15+ years of progressive experience in technical leadership and delivery gained within banking environments. You will bring exceptional organizational acumen and people leadership skills, with a strong track record of successfully managing large, geographically distributed engineering teams and steering complex, enterprise-scale technology programs to successful completion. Your expertise should encompass digital transformation strategies, engineering excellence, agile development methodologies, and DevOps principles. A solid grasp of regulatory compliance and security frameworks specific to financial services is essential. Equally important is your ability to build and nurture strategic partnerships across business, product, and technology functions, underpinned by a comprehensive understanding of enterprise architecture, platform design, and modern technology ecosystems.
